At Kalah we have developed a specific training program for older children in response to increased levels of teen violence. Our anti-bullying classes give younger people the opportunity to learn proven real-world skills that will help them survive modern violence.
Recently refined, our program comprises a full hand-to-hand combat syllabus as well as extensive training in knife defence techniques and strategies.
The clubs doors are open to everyone and our classes are focussed on delivering real world, practical training that gives our students a real understanding of the threats they face and how to deal with them.
Students are taught world-class techniques but also trained to face, understand and cope with the fear of violence. Realism sets Kalah apart from other ways of training. We are not a martial arts school, we do not teach outdated techniques and doctrine that fall apart under pressure. Our children face a new level of violence, our training reflects these new threats.
